Dancing a variety of styles for 14 years Natasha successfully
auditioned for the pre-vocational
dance course at the Centre For Advanced Training at The Place in London. This lead to training professionally in Contemporary and Ballet at Laban conservatoire in London; working with the likes of Kerry Nicholls (Wayne McGregor | Random Dance) and internationally acclaimed choreographer
Zoi Dimitriou. Since then she has gone on to work in Musicals, Theatre, Opera, Music Videos and Cruise Ships.
Collaboration is at the heart of Propel Excel, striving to challenge its ideas of creativity and develop skills.  Natasha has worked with actors, scientists, poets, environmental conservationists, artists and musicians.
Music off Canvas was a key collaboration, gaining a commission from Southbank Centre and performing in the Elgar Room, Royal Albert Hall.

Music, singing and rhythm has always played a key role in Natasha's work. For 4 years she was a member of Glyndebourne Youth Opera,
under international movement director Claire Whistler and
West End music director Jonathan Gill. Natasha was jazz soloist for
Summit Dance Theatre's Nacht at Laban Theatre, and  sung lead and backing vocals at venues such as, Scala andPleasance Theatre in London, and The Brighton Centre arena.

internationally renowned dancer
Yersin Rivas at congresses and club nights across the UK. She made her solo debut at Newcastle Salsa Congress, as well as hosting her self-devised
Salsicality courses; technique, musicality and styling.  In 2017 Natasha took a month's sabbatical to learn Argentine Tango in Buenos Aires.
